Receptionist:
Answers the phone, quickly and correctly routes the call to the right terminal. Helps with various projects around the office, including some cleaning, errands, and miscellaneous projects.


Scheduler:
Helps handle talking to customers and scheduling our electricians to go out on jobs. Coordinates with the Production Manager on the schedule.
Able to handle high randomity, has great communication and computer skills, no reservations on talking to customers.

Executive Assistant:
Post functions included: Helping our General Manager with all types of cycles. Must be organized, a quick thinker and doer, have fast typing skills, be proficient with computers, Excel and Word. Involves researching for various projects, running errands, planning parties, etc.
