3. You may have a deficiency in vitamin B1.

4. If you know one is coming on you can breathe into a paper bag (not huff and puff, just breathe) and it can keep the thing from starting. It has something to do with raising the CO2 level in the blood and thus causing the blood vessels in the brain to open up.

5. Lots of water.

6. Rub a lemon on your temples and then wrap a towel around your head.

16. For menstrual migraines, a week before your period start juicing vegetables such as ˝ white cabbage, ˝ cucumber, small bunch cilantro, small bunch parsley, 8 carrots and 1˝  celery. This gives a boost of minerals that the body needs.

17. Stop drinking coffee.

18. Eat bananas to get potassium into the system.

19. Calcium, magnesium and potassium properly balanced.

20. If all else fails there is a prescription drug called Sumatriptan (brand name Imitrex). This is not a painkiller, it works with the blood vessels in the head to relieve the migraine.
