If you live in the City of Los Angeles you can look at their website or on your Dept of Water & Power Bill. They have one that is open 3 or 4 days a week on the border of Shadow Hills and Sun Valley, and several other ones. Just remember to take your CA drivers license and your DWP bill with you as then it will be free.

Note: DO NOT break the florescent bulbs before recycling, due to mercury content!! NEVER break the new low energy bulbs as they would contaminate your house or environment. A.P.
